These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Door-To-Dumpster ("we," "us," or "our") and property managers, management companies, or community representatives ("Client") who engage our valet trash collection services. By requesting a quote, signing a service agreement, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Door-To-Dumpster provides valet trash collection services to residential communities in New Jersey. Our standard service includes:
Bulk item pickup is available as a separate, scheduled service for an additional fee. Bulk pickups must be arranged in advance by contacting us directly at [email protected].
We currently serve residential communities located in New Jersey. Service availability outside our current coverage area is subject to review. Contact us to confirm availability for your community.
To ensure consistent and efficient service, residents of communities we serve are expected to follow the set-out guidelines established by their property management. Standard guidelines include:
Violations are handled through a structured three-step warning system. Repeated non-compliance may result in fines or other actions per the community's lease policy.
Service pricing is customized based on each property's specific needs and is agreed upon prior to the start of service. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Bulk item pickup is an optional service available directly to residents at any time, for an additional fee paid directly to Door-To-Dumpster. This service is outside the scope of the standard service contract and is not the responsibility of property management unless explicitly established in the agreement.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice to the Client.
Service is not provided on the following major holidays:
In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, service may be delayed or rescheduled. We will communicate any interruptions to the property manager as promptly as possible.
The Client (property manager or management company) agrees to:
Door-To-Dumpster is fully insured. We take our responsibility to your property and residents seriously.
However, we are not liable for damages arising from resident non-compliance with set-out guidelines, items not collected due to guideline violations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, access issues, holidays).
Our total liability to any Client shall not exceed the fees paid for the month in which the issue occurred.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable written notice as specified in the signed service contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately in cases of non-payment or material breach of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service as our business evolves. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
